CEO - FOUNDER

With a background in luxury real estate and bespoke villa rentals, Alison began her career in 2020, working closely with an international, ultra-demanding clientele — including Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) — where tailor-made hospitality, discretion, and an acute attention to detail were second nature.
Over the years, she developed the art of transforming the ordinary into the unforgettable.
In 2025, she founded Basil Smash — a creative studio dedicated to elevated event production and high-profil management, built for those who seek more than visibility: intention, presence, and legacy.
